Three questions I keep coming back to.

1. i.

   Where is the real opportunity?

   Most organisations are busy with AI and unclear on value. The opportunity sits where AI changes how decisions get made, and who gets to make them.

2. ii.

   Are we adopting AI, or ready to lead with it?

   Using the tools and being ready to lead with them are different things. Most organisations have the first and assume the second.

3. iii.

   What could go wrong, and would we know?

   Risk usually sits in the system around the technology: who decides, what gets measured, and which conversations never happen. I apply my legal background to AI governance, built on fairness, transparency and explainability.
